Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a Return Authorization.
Pack Your Machine
Place the product in its original packaging, including all attachments, accessories, and manuals to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, removing any old shipping labels.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
